Chalé unifamiliar en el barrio de Chamartín, Madrid. En esta vivienda se hizo una actualización de los ambientes preservando la estructura original. Se intervinieron los elementos decorativos, el mobiliario, los acabados y de manera especial, las carpinterías decorativas, con el objetivo de reforzar la continuidad visual y potenciar una lectura fluida entre las distintas áreas de la casa.
La decoración se desarrolló siguiendo un criterio muy cuidado. Cada pieza se integró no sólo por su estética, sino por su capacidad de establecer conexión con el conjunto de materiales, colores y texturas, que formaran un hilo conductor que ordenara y armonizara el conjunto. Consiguiendo un carácter más coherente y funcional.
Single-family home in the Chamartín district, Madrid. This residence underwent an update of its interior environments while preserving the original structure. Decorative elements, furnishings, finishes and, in particular, the ornamental carpentry were revised with the aim of reinforcing visual continuity and enhancing a smooth flow between the different areas of the house.
The decoration was developed following a highly considered approach. Each piece was selected not only for its aesthetics, but also for its ability to establish a connection with the overall set of materials, colours and textures, creating a guiding thread that orders and harmonises the space, achieving a more coherent and functional character.
